I normally LOVE Sadie- and don’t get me wrong I didn’t not like this book but I think reading her other series first may have shifted my expectations. As far as spice goes it’s definitely there but not as intense as In some of her other books. That said there is a lot and I absolutely loved the dynamic between the two Main characters (though at times i was frustrated by how little they communicated and how much could have been avoided but that’s typical of most romance novels). Im going to finish this series and am optimistic that I’ll continue to enjoy them!

I wondered why I was still reading around the 60-70% mark, was the plot even in the room with me? Also, this book made me realise that “juices” isn’t the worst euphemism out there, it’s “cream”.
