I think this book is powerful and necessary in the gender conversation, but I think it took on too much and was too long. The author did a good job at trying to highlight the different intersections of gender, and I thought the organization of the chapters was well thought out. However, the jumping between interviewees within specific topics meant that it was hard to follow each individual's "story". Overall, I found this to be an accessible way to consider the topic of gender but I think the execution was a miss for me.

It was a good discussion of gender and I learned a lot (coming from a cisgender woman). It was really interesting to see how other people view their gender versus how I view mine and how similar it was.

This is nuance and diligence and curiosity. "Fine" gave space to the questions and thoughts I've resented in my own head and gave access to a conversation. Thank you thank you thank you Rhea for making this conversation public and for adding yourself in too. We may not have answers, but we we do have connection 💓

Good read. Mostly just validating and relatable content but found some points to look into more.

I really enjoyed this comic! It was really cool to read so many different perspectives and I appreciated the author's own experiences and self-reflection included throughout. It felt like the book was written with a lot of care.

A lot of Ewing's framing definitely fell more on the liberal side, but overall this was an incredible project and I will look out for what they publish in the future.
