All the feels!

Wow! What a fabulously sweet story that will leave you with all the feels! There was tons of twists and turns, leaving you feeling you know the answer, but you never quite get to the truth. Tobias was wonderful! I love how you almost can't stand him in the beginning, but then he starts growing on you as you begin to see his depth and then his forth. He was perfect! Meyer really just couldn't catch a break and it was so wonderful to see her get her well deserved happily ever after ❤.

fun, sports romance. reminds me of elle kennedy's off campus series. i generally like sports romances, so this was definitely an enjoyable read. i do think the tutoring trope is a little overdone, but i still really like it! i definitely liked the twist at the end!

that plot twist that was somehow multiple plot twists in one was goooooood

if i don’t ever find a man that treats me the way tobias does then i will never be happy tbh

meyer was a boring gal tho you gotta admit literally bailey was a more interesting character than her idk why she was so bland or why tobias seemed to fall in love with her (i still think he fell more in love with bailey) but it was a nice slow burn i love a slow burn it does make every romance so much better

My. Oh. My.
I just read this book for our next book club read, and what a pick!!
I absolutely loved this book. It's my first baseball book, and I didn't want to put it down.
Meyer's character is so mature, hard working, and just relatable. She's doing her absolute best in a really crappy situation. Mad respect for her.
Tobias is just absolute boyfriend goals! Even though he is cocky to begin with, he is so respectful to Meyer, and protective even when she doesnt know about it. And the way he is with Bailey pretty much from the outset! #majorswoonage right there
