Another 5 star Moomin book. Beauty, compassion, acceptance, and love. And of course, humor! In this one Jansson compares a magical dark winter to a sparkling friendly spring. Lovely.

Moomin is one those childhood loves that never goes down, loved them since I was little and have some great memories with them. I just recently started reading the actual books, don't know if I read them as a kid but they absolutely wonderful. In difference to other childhood favorites I can still enjoy them as much and see the magic.
