This book came very highly recommended from the doctor who diagnosed my ADHD.
I found the discussion and clarification of different symptoms and side effects of ADHD deeply enlightening. I have noticed many commonalities in myself and my family (between kids, school, jobs, and relationships). Several have been at least partially addressed in the case studies presented. I also found the discussion of management therapies (medications, therapy tactics, certain routine building, etc) very informative and helpful.
