Way too long. World building didn’t make any sense. Why do the gods and monsters even hate each other? What planets are they on? The mortals do or don’t know supernatural beings exist? Their love was corny. Banter was corny. Liam is supposed to be this powerful being but can’t perform when he needs to? Dianna regenerates from blood? So many plot holes. FMC was insufferable. She’s supposed to be 1000 years old but acts like she’s 15 years old.

This was my favorite romantasy of 2024!!
Every book in this series has been five stars for me. Both the FMC and MMC are powerful and badass. This is a book where the FMC is more morally grey and a villain, and I loved that dynamic. Amber makes Found Family so good, and all the characters are fleshed out. I care for not only the main characters but the side characters a lot. Offers many points of view that all offer the plot something fresh and forward towards the book, which I respected and enjoyed. I am looking forward to the next book.
