Surprisingly, I liked this book. It was required reading for grad school and I enjoyed it. Which is encouraging since this is the first text I have to read for this degree.
It was short, to the point and succinct. It had great counter arguments and questions, while supporting the ideas with other texts and quotes from experts. It was easy to follow and actually interesting at points. Unfortunately, it was still a text book and parts dragged. Which is why it is only a three star, but I would say that is high for a grad text book.
Conclusion: Keep

I found this excellent. It is objective, stimulating and educational and give a lot of leads for further exploration. It refrains from the usual practical advice that is actually mostly useless.
Different aspects of leadership are explored and what we mostly get from it that we actually know very little.
