You tend to expect more from a story written by Bill Hader and Seth Meyers. Thankfully they are SNL writers and not comic book writers and should not quite their day jobs. Aside from that the volume is packed of some nice stories about Peter Parker's life, some weird stories of Aunt May dressing up as Spider-Man, and some cute stories of Spider-Ham that are really only redeemable by the puns and wordplay.
