This book was heavy and dark for me and very unexpected. I honestly had no idea what direction this story was heading in and was at often times very confused, but I think that made sense in the logic of the storytelling. The ending really has me so perplexed right now and questioning everything, but it definitely has me gripped to finish the trilogy and get the answers to all the questions left behind.
