Story was interesting but something about it was tough to get through. Prose was excellent, some very unique turns of phrase. Enjoyed the world building.

This was a very unique, enjoyable book. Taking place in Sikta, Alaska the story follows what would have happened if the Jews were relocated from Europe to the US. I really enjoyed the detailed writing and twisting story, complete with Yiddish vocab thrown in.
