3.5. Decent storyline but again it ends with an open part of the story. Not a fan of that.
A page turner for most of the book. The ending was a bit of a stretch and letdown.
Fantastic read, full of action and twists. More Atlee please!
I loved Baldacci’s early books, but he’s simply going through the motions and collecting a check.
I read A Minute to Midnight back-to-back with the first in the series Long Road to Mercy. I liked the first one but enjoyed the second in the series a bit more. This book focused more on Atlee's search for the truth behind her twin sister's abduction at age six. She travels back to the scene of the crime and unearths more than she bargained for. As with the first book there's lots of action and lots of bad guys. Good, fast read.
This a a very good thriller. There is a lot of things going on at once. There are a lot of complicated relationships. The characters are wonderful. It is frsh and interesting. A great read!

Good story, but the narration drove me crazy. The male is the same as does another Baldacci character and his voice is too distinct to do all the male characters. I just listened to another audio book and one female narrator did a better job with all the characters. So read, don't listen.
