4.5 stars. Great classic. Would have got 5 stars but I listened to the audio book and found my self falling asleep. So I went on reading myself and was much better.

Interesting for a while but then got hard to... Care about. This was both Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass. Wonderland is much better and I wish I'd just read that.

Alice is a very irritating protagonist. Not really likeable at all, and all the other characters are in it so little. The main redeeming feature is The Jabberwocky. I don't usually 'get' poetry (philistine!) but I live that one!

this was so bizarre, but so detailed,creative and imaginative that i couldn't help but enjoy it. having seen the movie as a child it was lovely to read the story in its original form. the language was very accessible and beautiful to read.
