I like DFW a lot. I would love him if he was less of a nice guy misogynist.

Idk he’s speaking to a very specific audience I think. All of his references and writing style  are fun for a few essays, but I need a break

Well written, honest, interesting, charming, and quirky. Plus it made me laugh.

By far his best collection of essays. An excellent starting-point for anyone who wants to read DFW. Poigniant and hilarious.
