Idk what y’all are talking about. This book is way better than The Final Empire. The expanded cast, the political intrigue, the shifting camera, the mysteries, the lore, the CLIMAX. It’s all so good.

Probably the best sequel I’ve read.
The political tension was so well-written and I feel every character from the 1st book got more interesting in this book as the plot puts them all in new positions and we see different sides of them.
This book is one of the best combinations of having amazing characters with interesting character moments while the plot is also engaging, surprising and wonderfully put together.
Can’t wait to read the rest of this series and a lot more Sanderson!
