Nice concept and writing, but one complaint: WHY IS A 17 YEAR OLD (and that's biologically—he's like 84 in reality) IN LOVE WITH AN 11 YEAR OLD? Otherwise, nice read.

It’s special to re-read a childhood favorite book. As an adult it is even more impactful. Although the main characters young age of 10 seems out of place to an adult reader.

This book will never get old, the story of Winnie and her adventures with the Tucks is one to remember. Friendship, struggles and talk of both life and death.
I loved this movie and a kid so it was fun hearing it read by Alexis Beldel.

Listening to the 50 year anniversary edition of Tuck Everlasting read by Alexis Bledel was pure nostalgia. It’s been a couple decades since I first read this book and it was so nice to return to it. Alexis Bledel really brought this classic back to life. So beautifully done.

The first and perhaps most problematic age-gap fantasy I've read.

Tuck Everlasting overall was a very enjoyable read; however, I found the first three chapters very boring. Luckily, those chapters are very short so readers will not be bored for very long. The writing itself was very nice and made for a quick, but enjoyable read. The plot was interesting; however, feels slightly generic, and the entire time I was reading, I had a deja vu feeling. Regardless, I did enjoy the story and felt attached to the characters despite how short the story was. Tuck Everlasting is an enjoyable story, no doubt, but nothing really struck out to me making it an amazing story. Therefore, I give it three stars, good, but great, and certainly not outstanding.
