uh...... wait a minute.... did I really just listen to the author describe one character as Sexy Librarian meets American Doll?... which would imply that they feel like American dolls are attractive and or sexy....?
That plus the narrators sounding way different than the character's ages threw me off.But the insta love also didn't work for me. The first time they fake date is the exact moment one character realizes they have lusty feelings for the other. Yeah didn't work for me. Im probably also not in the mood for this either right now.

This story is great. I haven't read a story that was entirely about a lesbian couple so this was a nice change. I enjoyed the fake dating premise and was glad that it was not a slow burn story. Hannah Bonam-Young has a skill for writing it seems and her goal of touching on the topics often avoided within literature made this an interesting read. Definitely makes the list of new favourite authors.
