This books was a whole lotta meh. The language was flowery, but not ridiculously flowery enough to be entertaining.

There's this random eleventh hour death

because "OH NO NOT ENOUGH DRAMA" and "Oops, gotta make sure we can have a sequel!" I was also hoping for SO much more action than we got. Seriously. Just. Meh.
