Lonely young kid meets ghosts and goes to their ghost school. Cute, but it's another story that's starting to be overdone. It's a fun read, kids'll like it.

Finding a school for ghosts is an unexpected adventure for Effie. At first, she isn't sure what to think about her new companions, but they become fast friends as truths about the ghosts' pasts are revealed and Effie has to help them save lost souls posing a threat to everyone. This is a great companion to Séance Tea Party and perfect for anyone (adult or child) who enjoys a heartfelt story about friendship with ghosts thrown in.

The art was neat and I enjoyed the designs of some of the more monstrous ghosts, but the plot/worldbuilding was all over the place and I never really understood the rules of ghosts in this universe. It was just a bit of a mess story wise.

Art and story were very cute. However, the message behind everything felt kind of muddled. Trying to say to many things at once and then rush at the end. Still glad I read it.
