This one hit close to home. Dementia hurts. It takes and does not care who is left behind along the way. But just like Ashley wrote, the love always remains.

This is my favourite of Poston's books. Music means so much to me and this book explored having a passion for music so well. And a book with dementia representation will always tug at my heartstrings. The balance between endearing plot and characters and laugh-out-loud humour was perfect, and I loved that the chapter titles were all famous songs. This will be one of my favourite books of the year!
