I finally read the poem where that one Mary Oliver quote comes from: “tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” from The Summer Day

Gorgeous.
One of my favorite of her collections.
These poems reach the inner beating life of a feeling heart… they grasp the imperative beauty of wild nature and our inherent, often overlooked, union with it.
A must-read to be savored with pencil in hand.
