This was such a funny, joyful, sweet read. One of my favourites in many ways as I just loved the main two characters.
I love this series so much more than I expected that I would!

Maybe I didn’t give this book enough of a chance, but the FMC just wouldn’t stop fixating on her body and comparing it to other characters. I feel like this is the end of the line for me with the IPB series.

True rating: 3.75

This one was fun! No major complaints, but no big thoughts either. I was happy to see Harrec find a way to work through his trauma reaction to seeing his own blood (via literally any injury).

That was one ominous fucking epilogue! Obviously the next book is going to be about Summer and Warrek, but I'm curious to see what Mardok's old crew is doing back on Not-Hoth......
