I enjoyed this book. The characters were sweet. The banter between Harrec and Kate is really cute and funny. I loved how Kate helps Harrec whwn she found out he's squeamish when it comes to seeing his own blood. And the backstory on where his fear stems from is sad and terrifying. The way his parents died is just gruesome and the fact that Harrec had to see it as a kid is just horrible. I'm really happy that he has Kate to help him through it. The ending with summer and Warrek has me wanting to know what happens next. I feel something bad is coming and hope nothing too serious happens to anyone of the characters. I'm definitely excited to continue onto the next book.

I liked this one, it was more chill and i liked harrec a lot, he was a fun dude, tho i understand why kate first took a dislike to him, his jokes are not always that good BUT IM SO EXCITED FOR THE NEXT ONE LIKE THAT EPILOGUE
