There were a lot of things I disliked about this book, but the setup was incredibly lazy. What kind of altruistic hockey team takes care of one of its athletes for months for an accident that didn't even happen on the ice? And the home workers get $15/hour plus a $10,000 bonus if they stay three months? Who does that?

dnf after idk how many chapters but pretty early on.
the writing is kinda basic and idk how many times in 1 chapter i can be reminded that the lead has ginormous breasts and wants a breast reduction. lord jesus no one fixates this much and if they do i damn sure don't wanna read about it in detail.
i coulda gotten past that and forged ahead but then i had to deal w/ homophobia in the form of a dude being described as not fully gay or straight because he grooms, cares about clothes and wears cologne??? the bar is on the floor for straight men apparently. and then chelsea says she wants a gay best friend to go shopping with like gay people are pokemon and she gotta catch em all. meanwhile idk why she would think any person gay or straight would wanna hang out with her without getting paid since she'll dress horribly and complain non stop about her "porn star breasts".
i'm working on not forcing myself to finish basic or boring books so deuces.
