Typical case of "sooo slow and boring" but then "puff, shit, I really should have paid attention". I was very near to DNF this halfway through, but around the last 80 pages it started to give answers and I really had to go back and check what I missed.
The atmosphere is still just magical. Hope the last one will be a bit faster to read.

The world building is some of the most imaginative I’ve ever read

This is what book one was leading to, and I’m so glad I stayed. Such an interesting tale of censorship and the true meaning of peace, all while getting the pining and emotion of Ophelia and Thorn. I read 250 pages in one sitting and never got bored. I know some people hate the fourth book so let’s see how this ends!
