This was a cute story. Prestons ocd, trying to cook, shop and do everyday things with and for Rachel. She's a little sloppy but I like it. And we all complain about characters decisions but it wouldn't be a story if they were perfect and didn't do unrealistic things. No too spicy but a good happy ending. A light read between the heavy filth I enjoy π
this was honestly so so so cute in a very refreshing way but also in a classic romcom way. as mahi said this could be a 5hr movie and i would eat it up. my favorite thing about this book is that throughout the whole thing pres is just a giant hot nerd loser who finds rach the most hilarious person to ever exist. like yeah he's a "grump" technically but he's just a loser ππ the "fucking finally" when she finally asked him about that night like pleaseeeeee i absolutely love him i think it is a solid 5 stars for me in theory but usually i only give 5 stars for a book that had a little spark to it in some way (for eg:bossy devil's humour like my god i could not stop laughing at their banter) and so even tho this comes pretty close i would just like to keep presrach in my little "i had the best time reading this" category π«Ά the politics front was also a nice new background than the usual billionaire because he's in a suit and makes like a thousand business deals which more or less are just handshakes with stranbers for reasons unknown everyday plot soooo thank you amanda gambill

A cute and light read! I loved Press and Rach together and am a huge fan of a nerdy MMC. I was pleasantly surprised by how spicy some parts were and found their chemistry was great.
Some of Rachβs jokes and toxic positivity got on my nerves at times, but I felt she developed well as a character by the end of the book.
