It felt a little lazy/haphazard to immediately throw the characters directly back into the situation they quite literally just escaped. I also felt the resolution could have resulted in a lot more answered questions. Still, Warner was iconic in this book, and I will shamelessly admit I read it obsessively.

If you asked me if I liked this book 300 pages in I would have said no. Honestly this book sucked. Boring and gross and depressing. But Mafi manages to once again make a full recovery in the end. I even cried. I hate to say it but the end was so sweet the whole gross Anderson thing seems less offensive.

I don't know how I felt about this book. I liked the flashbacks from Ella to Juliette and how that changed her behaviour. I don't understand why Emmaline wasn't talked about enough? After Oceania she wasn't spoken about again. I would've liked to see more interactions between Adam + James and Kenji + Nazeera. I also don't fully understand why Aaron was still rude to everyone even though he has good relationships with most of them and doesn't have any reason to dislike them. All of the interactions between Juliette and Anderson made me so uncomfortable, especially because she found him attractive. Overall, I sort of struggled to get through it around the mid way point. However, "come back to me, love" killed me.

“Do I really have to tell you how he brought me back to life”. I LOVED THIS. Amazing ending to an even better series. I love all the characters with my whole heart and the plot was great even if I went ew sometimes.

This felt like the last hundred pages of a book when there is the final fight, which it was, of course.
It was a good ending to the series but the tension was beginning to wear of before everything ended. Therefor it was nice, but nothing special.
<spoiler >There were some things I wondered about when I started reading the series which didn't come up anywhere, e. g. what about periods? What about sexual protection and stuff?

Taylor Swift songs: “dancing with our hands tied”, “so it goes…” (iykyk), “king of my heart” (basically all of reputation)

These books are officially worth the hype. What a finale to the this series!! There was so much action in this last book to the series!! It was extremely intense. You are constantly on the edge of your seat the entire time, heart beating so fast. This is again, much more plot heavy than the last books but I think it really pays off. The plot has grown more and more complex over the past few books with makes for a super exciting action packed finale! I love these characters so much, and Ella/Juliette and Warner are endgame. One of the best enemies to lovers that I have ever read. I love Warner so much, if you’ve seen my reviews for the previous books you already know, but Warner is one of my favs!! His character arc has been so satisfying and enjoyable. I love a good “ill kill anyone who hurts you” or “I hate everyone but you” morally grey character. He is just the blueprint for being DOWN BAD for the female main character, and I personally am obsessed with him. All of the characters had great character arcs and personal growth, I feel like even the side characters were really evolving and changing!! And oh my gosh Ella/Juliette and Kenji friendship is my fav!!! I love them both. I loved getting to see Ella/Juliette find herself over the past few books and realize what a bada** she is.

And the epilogue 🥹🥹🥰🥰🥰

Age rating: 14+ (be aware that I think after book 4.5 they were allowed to use more language)
Like the past few books the spice is more emotional and not graphically describing Anything, it’s mostly just inferred, but it is still so romantic and hot. I would say 1/5 🌶️ level.

<Spoiler> I just couldn’t stand Ella/Juliette being drawn to Anderson. That is not right. This whole story line with her being a puppet and Anderson magically coming back to life all the time. So disgusting. It destroyed the whole story for me.
