Quick, steamy, and a little bit emotional. A bite size work to hold you over before more comes along.

This short story as the author says "serves as a link between Hold Me Under and Make Me Fall. I read this after I finished reading those two books. I liked it a lot. It did add a nice transition between the two stories.
It showed how it was hard on Victor to have Gray leave. It also showed Gray's need to runaway, drowning in his own guilt. It even had a nice steamy scene between Victor and Ethan in a thriftstore changing room.

The other two books make sense without reading this short story, but it adds more depth and helped me better understand where each character was at emotionally in regards to Gray leaving.

Hold Me Under #1 - 5 stars
Changing Paths (Short Story) - 4 stars
Make Me Fall #2 - 4.5 stars
