Really enjoyed the book, it's like the instruction booklet for his Relentless book. Straightforward and brutal on his way of doing this. Also, the Kobe story, all the feels....

Winning by Tim Grover, is not a how-to book but moreso the dark side of winning at life. And by dark, I mean obsessed, intense, unrelenting, gritty, and did I mention obsessed. Kevin Hart says “everybody wanna be famous, don’t nobody wanna do the work.” Winning is the rebuttal to my excuses. Winning has no time for excuses, no forgiveness, no tomorrows, no sympathy, no compassion. As the trainer to Michael Jordan and Kobe, he uses both legends to illustrate how winners approach the game.  And in summary, they’re built different. 🤷🏽‍♀️ If you picked up the book to read it, you must want to win. If you finished the book, you must now be wondering— so what’s it going to be? Am I going to win? Or lose.
Winning takes everything. Winning is everything.

This one took me on the journey. It gets my heart pumping as soon as I start reading.
