Incredibly atmospheric, very realistic and absolutely horrifying. I don’t think the magical aspect was needed, the story is complete without it.

Gorgeous writing. Unfortunately the story meandered and felt aimless, there wasn’t a ton of driving plot. Despite this, it was immersive and the characters were wonderfully nuanced. I loved Wanda’s arc.
