Read this as part of a volunteering scheme helping younger years to read; very good to get secondary school kids (year 7-9 specifically) into reading

It was nice. I wish Selina (that's her name right?) Would have a bigger role. He was too amazing by himself

This Alex Rider book is actually my least favorite and I ended up really enjoying the graphic novel- I think I actually liked it more than the book :-O Great adaptation!

It was so much fun to read this and remind myself of the plot after not having read the original book for years! Although I definitely preferred the original book, this was a fun, enjoyable and extremely quick read.

The 2nd in the series.
Alex is reluctant to go on a mission after missing so much school(this is an unrealistic troupe, every kid wants to be a spy but every kid spy show, shows them unwilling to do it)
The MI6 is still treating alex like a whiny kid/adult instead of a kid in threatening situations, which causes personal risk to alex.
The bad guy is the reason why i gave it 3 stars. Racism is his reasoning behind trying to take over the world but it doesnt match his plan giving a unnecessary use to villainize the character.

There were some parts that were not included in the graphic novel but still an absolute delight. This is my favorite book in the series.
