Formally perfect and uniquely enthralling, I can safely say that I have never been so invested in necromancy-and for me, that's really saying something.

challenging dark reflective slow-paced

the only redeeming quality was that it was based on numerous Ouija board seances…most of it was dense, confusing, and boring. I think it’s a me problem not a Merrill problem, though (considering I read it for class and my prof claimed it reignited his faith in literature)
