The title is very accurate, ‘cause I spent the majority of the book with my heart broken. And I don’t know how I feel about that.
The initial pining was too brief, the middle heartache too long.
Still an emotional and loving story, there just wasn’t the right balance for me.

Oh I hadn't read the previous version this book so this was all new to me.
Gael and Jordan are a 'match made in heaven' but a mis communication of sorts and secrets has kept them apart.

Tore through this book. Smutty. Realistic in what a lot of men go through when it comes to their sexuality. Gave a very interesting perspective I as a woman would never get to have.

This book was full of pinning and winding roads of emotions. The story was very emotional you felt like you were there feeling what they were feeling. The sex scenes were on fire. I couldn’t put this book down. I didn’t read the original short story but I’m glad I waited and got the full story.

I wish I liked this book. But nope. Let me just start off by saying I get the torment the characters were going through. But it was of their own making. You guys went 10 years not communicating. that’s on you. But to suddenly have the courage when you’re engaged?!? Thoughts while reading:
-I wanted to shake Jordan when I learned he and Gael had a moment 10 years ago and shake him again when he didn’t tell Gael what happened in Vegas. He knew what Gael really wanted, why deny them both that and set everyone up for being miserable?
Really liked, huge fan of unrequited love, angsting and jealousy, though this one was slightly annoying in that they’d had that moment awhile ago and Jordan could have had everything but shut it down. Still liked it.
