Disturbing and triggering at many points, but I could see some of myself in each character and their flaws. I wish the POC characters were given more attention instead of focusing mainly on 2 out of the 4 characters.

I didn't cry as everyone mentioned I would. But I did cry that I spent so much of my life reading this book. It was just a sad story that didn't end. It could have been 200-300 pages shorter.
