Crushed my heart and soul. Beautifully written and really loved the comples characters and how they lived their lives together. Very long and struggled a little in the earlier years.

I cannot give enough content warnings for this book. But wow. I can’t remember the last time I read a book where the characters were this visceral. They were my friends and my lovers and their pain and joy was my pain and joy. Not an easy read but a meaningful one. Thank you to the author for reaffirming that all lives are worthwhile and beautiful, no matter how little.
