Overall I did enjoy this book and would recommend it. This book definitely keeps your attention and is written so. I do have a few things that made me want more from the story, starting with the whole thing starts with a bet between Grey and Knox, but we never here about it again and I was kinda upset. But also the ending, I wanted to see more of the national game, when he first steps onto the ice and sees Violet in his jersey is something we miss. I also think the stalker was looked into so hard and felt bland for the ending.

It held me up to the 70% mark and then it started to drag. I probably would’ve rated it higher if it wasn’t so long and dropped at least one of the stalker plots. 3 stalkers was a bit much.

Overall, I did enjoy this book. It was good storytelling, the characters were interesting, and the writing was well-done. I will probably reread again in the future for all of these things, and now that the characters are done and I know how they end up, I won't hate the beginning with Greyson ad much as I did this time through! I loved the ballet and hockey spects of this book and Violet's healing journey! I loved seeing her grow confident in herself and who she was to become! I enjoyed the friendships and interactions between all of the characters, for the most part, and am thanking God that I am no longer in high school and college because this brought some shit back up. I will add that the spice was spicin' and I really loved the kink in this one and the blood/breath play that went on

So many twists and turns, I wasn’t sure what debacle each chapter would bring, but it was exciting. The steam factor is spicy hot! Please read the trigger warning as the scenes are descriptive and intense. All in, I look forward to reading Steele’s story next and learning what type of action he gets into with his step-sister.
