I am not sure how I feel about this book. The first 20-25% is awful. It's really problematic on consent and so degrading to the FMC. Somehow, the author rather convincingly turns this into a damaged souls with shared trauma helping to heal each other from their other traumas story. I don't know how, but in the end, I didn't hate it.

This series has been one of my most anticipated reads of 2024… leave it to me to put it off until there’s only a little over a week left in the year… lol!

Brutal Obsession lived up to the title and perfectly depicts Greyson & Violet’s relationship.

Sara had me hooked from the get. This is a true enemies to lovers with a side of mystery that kept me in my toes until the end.

As a dancer, I love Vi’s storyline. As an avid sports romance girly, Grey’s storyline sucked me right in, too.

If you’re one with triggers, definitely check out the warnings before diving in. It gets bloody, consent is optional, and lots of bullying…

That being said… I dare you to read this book and come out the other side without falling for one Greyson Devereaux. Best of luck
