This was my second time reading S. Massery, so I wasn't fully sure what to expect when I started.
My first one was an ARC read. I didn't find this one as dark as I thought it would be. Granted it was still messed up. As it is still a dark romance.
I enjoyed the storyline between the characters and am curious to see how the other books go.

There was just a lot going on. The story had a lot of stories and then there were more stories and extra side quests. I don’t mind side quests, but then you adid other characters late in the story along with what was already happening. Some parts of the book I felt like “make this make sense” so I stuck it out to the end.

Wow, it was dark, and I f*cking loved it. I do sometimes think that I need some help with all the triggers I'm into in books, but I don't want it. The longer the trigger warnings list, consider it sold!
This plot is amazing! Such a good story-line.
I thing I'll just add it back to my TBR again, and I really wish I could read it for the first time again.
