Well, this definitely wasn't what I expected! In the best way possible..
It was as unputdownable as Untouchable & Even if It Hurts by Sam Mariano, who in my opinion is one of the best bully romance writers doing it!
I love the character journeys for both Greyson and Violet. With Greyson, you hate him right from the jump and it was hard to imagine any redeeming qualities; but by the end of the book, he had me swooning!
With Violet, she starts off with sad-girl-former-ballerina/damsel-in-distress vibes, only to turn into quite the adrenaline chasing hottie by the end!! Lots of OMG moments and plenty of suspense to keep you super intrigued. Highly recommend if you're a fan of morally grey heroes or enjoy gritty bully romances with no fluff. If you have a hard time with the hero being "too mean" then this book is not for you..because he does some pretty abhorrent things that in real life situations would obviously be unacceptable; but if you have no qualms with those types of heros, then pick this up immediately!!
