This book is mind changing, and I would absolutely recommend it to everybody, but it some points it gets pretty hard to continue just because the amount of facts the author is giving to explain the laws and rules. Putting that aside, this is a good book.

The only book you ever need to read on forming habits. Every single strategy works.
