There were some good tips in here for small goals. Nothing revolutionary here.

Great book that I would recommend and even read again
-0.25 for only alluding to video gaming multiple times as an addiction that is a bad habit lol

This book was interesting but nothing revolutionary.  A lot has been said in other forms by other authors.  There are a few "worksheets" that I have on my list to check out.  The biggest take away is start small,  slowly work up to the habit you want,  and it is the system in creating the habit that will lead to success not the end goal.

easy to read, clear things to implement

3.5/4⭐️Nicely written, it had some interesting psychological aspects of our habitual tendencies- which was fascinating

As a person who is sceptical on personal development book, I found this book quite easy to understand, hence enjoyable. However, the strategies written in the book are not new, I believe everyone knows clearly what makes something a good habit or a bad one, how to keep good habits and how to eliminate bad ones. This book helps readers to sort out those strategies and to be more organize. The last parts of the book is disappointing because it is filled with repetitions but not summary of previous chapters.
