I’m glad I finally finished this, it took me a long time. This was my first nonfiction novel ever and some of the information were super inspiring. I believe that a lot of the stuff I’ve always had in the back of my mind and I’ve known about them, however, It felt great to be reminded again and to get a better guideline on how to get more disciplined and improve some things in my life

Lots of anecdotes but the essence of it is that habits and the steps we take compound. Practice matters. This book could have been a pamphlet with pictures.

I have a feeling this book just completly summarized all other books. It is good and better than expected. I shoud have read it when I heard about it in 2017 but it is never too late.

DNF. Literally could not finish this. So boring, i did learn alot from what i read it’s just not my type of genre.

It took me 4 weeks to finished it, and i don’t know if self helps books are for me and i don’t even know this counts as a self help book. Anywho i read it because i got into a book club and i wanted it to finished because like two years ago i started reading but i wasn’t for me at the time. But now kinda helped me a little more. And honestly i would give it like 3.90 so its really not that bad. Shoutout to the book club that helped me engaged to it. Lowkey ate
