Fury is definitely not my favorite but she fits right in with the rest. Great continuation to the series.

This is book number three in the Walker Saga, a YA fantasy series. I read the first two fairly quickly, but by the third, the books are becoming formulaic. Abby and the gang go to another world and get another half-walker for their cause. I dare say that's going to happen at the beginning of each of the rest of the books in the series. Besides that, she does something very stupid that the others are remarkably forgiving of. Luce's powers are growing and she is my favorite character. I wish that we had things from her point of view, or she had her own book. Being the only human (or is she?) amongst all these other powerful beings seems more interesting. Oh, and the Half Walkers are gaining in power and knowledge of how to use it as well. Despite all this power, things look dire, although I don't want to give any spoilers. I will keep reading but it's definitely more of a candy-brain series.

Crais

I could not stand fury in this book. I didn’t expect all the girls to get along right away but she was such a brat and it was annoying. Other than that the story stayed interesting right up to the end.

Why do you put cliffhangers at the end? Whyy?
This book wasn't as good as the last ones, but it was still really good! Fury was incredibly annoying at the beginning, but It got better towards the end. Brace though.. his protectiveness is the most annoying thing ever!
I really wish there was more about Lucas in all of these books! He could be so important, but like this he's just a weird side character that appears whenever It seems convenient.. Also I thought that they found Fury way too fast! The book was named Crais and then spend like two days on the planet.. I hope it takes them a little longer to find the next halfling, because otherwise it just gets unrealistic..

Abby and company have journeyed to the planet of Crais in search of the next half-Walker on their list. Crais is a scorching planet with two suns. The natives live in caves and most can’t leave the caves while the suns are out due to the heat and low oxygen level. We get to meet dragons (tame and murderous), zombies, fairies and even a giant wolf. There were chick fights, hilarious Lucy and Talina intoxicated table dancing, and the most fiery tempered half-Walker, who is aptly named, Fury.

Fury is the complete opposite of Talina and her sweet nature and water powers. Fury is red skinned, white haired, seething with anger and sarcasm, and ready to burst into flame at the slightest provocation. Add to her list of um lovable quirks, she can’t stand “super Abby.” Speaking of super Abby, not only is she still working on controlling and using her normal powers, she is shocked to discover another amazing power that will hopefully aid in their fight to save the worlds!

I definitely enjoyed the action, romance, laughs, surprises and new interesting characters. I was also thrilled to find Lucy able to take an active role in helping with the mission instead of just being along for the ride. I’m already looking forward to Regali, the next book in the series.

This totally reminds me of Sailor Moon. Serena didn't get along with Sailor Mars just like Abby doesn't get along with Fury. even the order of how she's recruiting the girls is similar, lol. Good thing I was obsessed with MS when I was a teen!!

Also clearly Lucy isn't the Earth Half-Walker after all since Jaymin made her the group's soothsayer. Now I'm thinking maybe the Earth half-walker is that from the compound in the first book who lost her best friend, blamed Abigail and told her she never wants to see her again. So I will continue with the series because I want to find out who the Earth walker is ^.^

This series has always been one of my go to favorites. It is one of those series that I can listen to over and over to (the audiobook is so good). Yes, this is a young adult/new adult book based on the lack of steam, but Jaymin Eve does such an amazing job of world building, multiple worlds actually.

So moving onto book 3 in the Walker Saga, and honestly I think Fury is my favorite of the half walkers besides Abby. This girl has such a fiery personality and is so abrasive, but I just love her growth in this book and in the rest.

This series will seriously put your through the ringer. After how book 2 ended and now what we discover at the end of this one, you start to wonder of Super Abby will be able to find a way to save all the worlds.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Jaymin Eve’s debut series. She is an amazing author and this is always a series I come back to. I also love the audio performance! Definitely one to check out if you haven't yet!
