This audiobook was very long and boring to listen to. By the way, I hated how the narrator was making the characters' voices, especially the voices of the women characters and the french ones. I found absolutely no interest in the story and the characters were terrible (except Oliver ♡). Luc was unbearable, complaining about everything all the time, without doing anything to fix the situation. The plot isn't going anywhere. So much is left out (Luc's father, Oliver's eating disorder...) and the tropes are poorly executed. Luc and Oliver's relationship is toxic: Luc is always trying to be at the centre of everything. There is no communication, and yet Oliver is there for him but Luc does not even try to know what his "boyfriend" feels/needs. I had the feeling Luc was an 18 yo teenager obsessed by s*x and the size of his pen!s. I don't recommend it.

The ending was rushed but I enjoyed the rest. I liked that most characters were fleshed out and used for more than one chapter.

Not-exactly enemies to lovers.

Luc's cynism and self-deprecating doesn't let him see beyond himself most the time and also leads him to look and talk down to his family and friends. Which, as most romantic dramas, leads to miscommunication, which is really the plot.

Turns funny and cute towards the middle. Happy I heard the audiobook, but not sure I'd re-read it anytime soon.
