Sounded too immature/inexperienced. Too fast paced as well. Didn't leave time for a build-up. I didn't even get to feel nervous excitement over what was about to happen because, before I could process it, it was already happening. The sad parts just seemed too forced as well, and I found myself cringing at the sexual parts and stopped reading. Might try to pick it up and read the rest sometime, but it's not looking too promising.

The book was great and easy to read. As someone who experiences anxiety the trigger warnings were accurate. I did struggle getting through some spots because of the triggers, but overall the experience was good. If you don’t struggle with anxiety I say go for it read it, but if you struggle with anxiety and have triggers I would say to tread carefully. I read this book in less than 10h it was that good.

From start to end I loved this book! This book pulled me out of the worst reading slump that has spanned months. The story and romance are so amazing and I so wish that Dana will continue more books in this world/family. Also I got all the way to the end and something just told me to read the acknowledgments which I usually don’t do, and it was like a message from the universe. If you know you know. Thank you so much for this read Dana Isaly, so much love for you!
