Speaking as a therapist, this is an incredible resource. I appreciate that Melody provides examples of codependency beyond substance abuse. She offers explanations of what codependency can look like and options on how to manage codependency in your life.

Pretty good book. I have recommended it often to others. It's a little redundant in the middle. Probably newer books out there that are just as good and maybe more updated information.

Didn't really get out of the book as much as I thought I would. Although it's good to overexplain by giving proof of concept I personally think it was beating a dead horse.
