Recommended to any parents of children in second or third grade. Funny group of "dangerous" animals try to be good guys, but their nature gets in the way at times.

Read aloud with my son but I love these books as much as he does. Humor for both kids and some on!y adults will understand.

Re-reading this with my 6 year old son. He absolutely loves this series! Not to mention I love the subtle nod to Quentin Tarantino's Reservoir Dogs.

In this book we end with a plot that will follow the group through numerous books of the series. This concept is newer to my 6 year old, who is used to a book wrapping up nicely at the end. The execution of this seems to work wonderfully for him, as he understands that more answers will come in the next book and so on.

The inspiration has moved from The Godfather to Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible, but the fun & laughter remain. Mr Piranha was the star of book 1, but this episode the arachnophobic Mr Shark takes the prize.

I think this one might have been funnier than the first one. I really like these books. They make me laugh.

Didn't like this one as much as the first, but I bet kids will enjoy this second installment.
