Not gonna lie, I've read this book just to finish the series and be done with it already. I appreciate it was written in 3rd person's POV which I will always prefer, but why now? Why the last book only? I always enjoy Cardan so that's the second thing I liked having in this book and that's that.
Maybe I would appreciate to have another book but in Cardan's POV only.

I liked this book FAR more than the first one. I absolutely devoured the politics, although I guessed whatever was up with Wren. I was living for the Jude and Cardan crumbs. Oak's POV was also more happening in a way than Wren's, although I'd wanted atleast some chapters with her POV, after her acquiring this new power. To actually watch her grow from her self deprication or watch her navigate uncharted seas.
Even in cameos, Jude and Cardan manage to out-do themselves. ESPECIALLY Jude, my girl.
I did not like the ongoing miscommunication thing, like 50% of all problems would be solved if these people communicated. Anyways.
I want a new Elfhame book. NOW. 😭😭
