I. Loved. It. If you are looking to find something about a “normal” punjabi elderly widow, this book is not for you. This book is so much more than just a story actually, it is a life lesson. It is highly recommended to everyone across globe.

We all have the passion inside of us and we all have the right to express it all! ❤️

I enjoyed this book so much. I think most of the enjoyment were these widows--these overlooked ladies who were full of fire and fierceness and depth. I also loved the look into the experiences and the wider diaspora of the Sikh in Britain.

A little warning for my vehicle audiobook listeners: it DOES have erotic stories lol. I should note I didnt read the synopsis, but ti started very tame. I quickly found myself switching to earbuds!

Stories were told. Stories came together. New situations and old cases wove together to create a multilayered story.

Too much exposition.
