This is the second part of the Wallflower Oakmount Elite series. Super spicy, enemies to lovers, touch-her-and-die, retribution story. Great end to Bel and Drew’s story (but hopefully we see more of them in future books of this series!).  I’ll admit, it was a bit annoying and frustrating with all the back-and-forth, forgive-him-don’t-forgive-him that Bel was going through. I get that she was going through a lot since the first book, but it was so obvious that Drew did what he did for a reason. She kept harping on about Drew not being trustworthy, but he had always been honest with her & saved her butt countless times! …Okay, once… but still. Also took off points because Bel sometimes read like a “pick me” not-like-other-girls 2D character. I understand that she went through a lot after the events of the first book, but I really wanted more from her if she was going to be a psychopath’s obsession, ya feel me?? Anyway, good sequel, good set up for a third book, LOVE Drew and Seb!! Had a blast reading this!!

This series continues to throw wrenches into the mix that had my jaw drop to the floor. The romance between Bel & Drew was just as intense as the first book, but now we get more of his vulnerable side. Drew Marshall, who is used to getting his way and not caring who he steps on to get there, is showing his guilt and shame to Bel about what happened in book 1.

I loved the added layer of the relationship between Seb & Bel. Overall, I enjoyed this book and I’m ready for Seb’s story. I have a feeling it’ll be him and Elyse ( riley? Whoever lol)
