To be honest, I'm very disappointed. Cannot believe that I really like the first book to rate it 5 stars and this one two stars.

It was boring and too repetitive. Nothing happened for most parts and taking too long to resolve everything. Shame, I really had high hope on this one.

This was a wonderful wrap up of Drew and Bel’s story. Most of the secrets have been explained for them and it has a happy ending. I love these characters and world the author has created. I’m glad that she is writing books for each of the main characters so far and can’t wait to read those too. I’m hooked.

I think the only reason I read this was to see how his father's was taken down. Eye rolls and head smacking through out most of the book I swear this is a rip off of another book that had better brotherhood in it. How do you call each other friends yet you don't actually rely on each other or help each other out?

Thankfully this book brought me the HEA I was craving from the first one, including some much needed groveling from the MMC. The ending was exciting.

Maybel’s world is turned upside down, forcing her to navigate the truth and find her footing. Drew is left reeling from shocking revelations, but one thing remains certain—she’s his. He swears to give her space, but for how long can he hold back?
Maybel undergoes a stunning transformation in this book. No longer the quiet wallflower, she embraces her wild side, growing into a version of herself shaped by secrets and newfound strength.
This series just keeps getting better—I can't wait to see what Sebastian has in store for us next! 🔥

It's like she forgot part of the story as she wrote it. Yes they told her who was hosting the meeting and yes she's been to the house already to work the party. It was good except the arrival at the meeting and lack of remembering that we already knew all this stuff.
